The Technology Center of Chengdu Xingkeda Electrical Industry Co., Ltd. was officially established in April 2010. The Technology Center is mainly responsible for the development of the company's new products, research on production processes, product quality testing, development of specialized production fixtures, and research on installation technology for specialized equipment. In addition to direct technical research work, the technology center is responsible for the construction of the company's modern enterprise standards and modern enterprise innovation system, promoting the company's development towards an innovative enterprise direction. The company's technology center implements a director responsibility system. The technology center has a technology innovation committee (decision-making body for technology innovation work), an expert advisory committee (consulting body for technology innovation work), a comprehensive management office (technology innovation management body), a technology department, a research and development department, a quality management department, and an industry university research laboratory. The technology center currently has 38 personnel, including 35 full-time research and experimental development personnel, including 3 senior engineers, 2 intermediate engineers, 1 doctoral student, 1 master's student, and 14 undergraduate degree holders, providing human resources support for enterprise technological innovation. The company has also hired 3 experts as special experts for the technology center to provide technical support. In 2013, the center was recognized as a municipal enterprise technology center.
